TIPS
1. The important part of your stance is to be sure that the leg you will kick with
    is in the back.
2. Return to your fighting stance. It is vitally important to return to a good
fighting stance and  keep your body protected from falling.
3. Upon deciding to carry out a flying kick, start by pulling off the flying aspect
    of it.
4. Use your legs to jump-start your flight.
5. In theory, your flight should help you kick using both legs at one go.
6. If you are right foot dominant, train your left leg more. It will subconsciously
train your right leg as well, and give you a balanced attack.
7. To get your kick even higher, bring your back leg up higher before you
    jump.
8. Do not use this in any situation where your life is in danger.
9. Always remember to do some stretching exercises before to prevent muscle
    tension or strain.
